It wasn't my plan at all but somehow I did not feel like blogging during the last summer weeks. SO SORRY FOR THAT! Somehow fashion wasn't in my mind. It was more like not being styled at all....having some easy time with friends....hanging out WITHOUT my macbook and traveling to zandvoort and amsterdam and later on to the greek islands for a few weeks, which was amazing!!! (If you haven't been there GO!)

Sommer, Sonne & Faulenzen

Geplant war das nicht, aber irgendwie hatte ich nicht sonderlich Lust in den letzten Sommer Wochen mich diszipliniert hinzusetzen und Blogeinträge zu schreiben. Irgendwie war mir mehr nach Sommer, Sonne & Faulenzen :-) Ich war weder Shoppen, noch habe ich viel über meine Outfits nachgedacht. Alles war einfach ein bisschen easy going und das war auch gut so. Wenn ich so rausschaue kommt der Herbst wohl noch schnell genug. Zwischendurch habe ich ein paar schöne Tage in Holland am Meer verbracht, um genau zu sein in Zandvoort, natürlich auch Amsterdam einen Besuch abgestattet und später bin ich dann noch ein paar Wochen auf die Griechischen Inseln geflogen, was wirklich traumhaft war! 

Hier also ein paar Eindrücke meiner "Not Styled at all" Outfits. Labels etc stehen in der Bildunterschrift...

Just a short notice on my favourite summer maxi dress - ok it is just one of them... It reminds me of pocahontas and I just loooove to wear it. It is perfect during a hot summer day in the city and also perfect for going out or just having a BBQ Party in the park. You can easily go with it from work to play or from day to night with just adding a bold lipstick.

The dress is from H&M. I combined it with a vintage leather belt from the flea market (still happy that this one was just 1 Euro) and some nice leather sandals from black lily. The cardigan is perfect for being a bit more covered up. This one is from Bershka. The lipstick is from MAC, called Morange.

How do you like this look?

Großstadtindianer

Hier ist eins meiner Sommer-Liebelings-Maxi-Kleider! Das perfekte Pocahontas Kleid um als Großstadtindianer die Stadt unsicher zu machen. Es ist für viele Gelegenheiten perfekt: tagsüber zum Chillen, Shoppen oder am Nachmittag zum Grillen oder auch am Abend zum Ausgehen. Für eine schöne Sommerparty einfach kombiniert mit einem schönen Lippenstift und fertig ist der Look. 

Das Kleid ist von H&M und ich habe es mit einem schönen Vintage Ledergürtel vom Flohmarkt kombiniert. Ich freue mich immer noch über das 1 Euro Schnäppchen! Die Leder Sandalen sind im ähnlichen Look von dem Label black lily. Die Strickjacke von Bershka ist perfekt, falls es etwas kühler wird. Der wunderschöne Lippenstift ist von MAC, die Farbe heisst Morange und ist einfach ein Hingucker!

...it's tea time!

Hello darling...it's tea time! 

Today I would like to present you one of the most pretty vintage dress I ever wore! 

I found this 80s Spencer Alexis Vintage dress at some vintage online shop at ETSY. It was this kind of love in the first sight thing but i was not sure at all - the typical "could be stunning - could be ridiculous" issue...but after two hours waiting at the customs I was so happy to hold this dress in my hands. Juts from the pictures you can may hardly image the special spirit this dress has! 

Let me explain the details:

The detailing is just exquisite from the elegant lace running up and onto the shoulder to the pearl button details. The top is a criss cross with a V neckline. It has dolman sleeves and a sheer chiffon draping overlay. Not to forget: the lovely 80s shoulder pads. The tan woven bottom fabric is very unique and I have not seen a combination of fabric like this every day. The dress comes with a beautiful embellished lace and pearl trim belt to add that perfect finishing touch to complete this look.

I thought my birthday last weekend would be the perfect occasion to wear it - like a lady - so what do you think? Let me know...

Darf ich vorstellen?

Diesen Post möchte ich einem der schönsten Vintage Kleider widmen, das ich je anhatte!  

Diese 80er Jahre Kleid von Alexis Spencer hatte ich vor einigen Wochen in einem Vintage Online Shop bei ETSY gefunden und irgendwie konnte ich nicht anders und musste es bestellen. Auch wenn es Liebe auf den ersten Blick war, war ich mir so gar nicht sicher. Ich wusste einfach: entweder es ist ein absoluter Traum oder es wird absolut lächerlich aussehen. Zum Glück bin ich das Risiko eingegangen und nach dem ich zwei Stunden beim Zollamt auf mein lang ersehntes Päckchen warten musste, war ich beim Anblick des Kleides einfach nur noch begeistert. Ich befürchte fast, dass die Bilder diesen speziellen Zauber nur schwer einfangen können...

Schuhe: Luccico 

Mein Geburtstag letztes Wochenende war einfach die ideale Gelegenheit um dieses Kunstwerk auszuführen. Was denkt ihr? Ich freue mich über Kommentare!
